You may cancel your order any time before despatch by emailing us at Service@EgyptianCottonStore.com or contacting your customer service representative on 0845 226 0098. International customers please call 0044 1293 565 667. For customers who may have already paid, we will refund your money in full, the next working day.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days of delivery and in the original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20 percent of the original selling price from the refund amount.
We recommend that you obtain “Proof of Posting” from the post office when returning goods for cancelled orders, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. For your own peace of mind, you may wish to consider Recorded Delivery. Unfortunately, unless the goods are faulty we are unable to refund the cost of returning your order.
Upon receipt of your returned goods we will refund the total cost of the goods, as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days after receiving them into our warehouse.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised or made-to-measure goods, unless they are faulty: For reasons of hygeine and safety we cannot refund or exchange the following products unless they are faulty: Mattress toppers, duvets, pillows or pillow protectors.
When exchanging goods
- if the items are cheaper than the items returned we will refund you the difference.
- if the items are more expensive than the ones you have returned, an additional payment will be needed.
