Our Returns Policy

Although every care is taken with each of our products, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty, we will arrange to collect the item, free of charge. A full refund or exchange will be provided, according to your preference.

Important

Please read our “Care Tips” on the website and the care label sewn to your product, for laundry instructions, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged during the wash.

Making Returns

To arrange for the return of any faulty products, please contact your customer service representative on 0845 226 0098 (calls are charged at local rate), International customers please telephone +44 1293 565667or email us at Service@egyptiancottonstore.com. We shall provide you with a Returns Number which must be clearly written on the outside of the package. We will then arrange a collection time with you and if you wish an exchange at the same time.
If you have requested a refund, upon receipt of your returned goods we will provide a full refund as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days after receiving them into our warehouse.

Please note:

When exchanging goods:

if the items are cheaper than the items returned we will refund you the difference.
if the items are more expensive than the ones you have returned, an additional payment will be required.

This Returns policy does not apply to cancelled orders, where for any reason other than faulty goods you wish to cancel the order.
