Cancelling before Despatch

You may cancel your order any time before despatch by emailing us at Service@EgyptianCottonStore.com.

How do I return something?
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange an item provided it is returned within 30 days of receipt, is unused and in its original packaging.

In order that we may process your return as quickly as possible, please email us about your intention to return any item(s) and we will email you back a Returns Number to include in your returned package. Please also ensure that you either include the original despatch note, or a note with your order number and whether you require an exchange or refund.

We recommend that you obtain “Proof of Posting” from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. For your own peace of mind, you may wish to consider Recorded Delivery. We are unable to refund the cost of returning your order, unless the goods are faulty, or they comply with long distance selling regulations and are returned to us within 8 days of receipt.

We can arrange for our own couriers to collect the parcel. Someone needs to be available to hand over the parcel. There is a charge of £7.50 per parcel within the UK Mainland for this service. Regrettably, at the moment we are unable to offer this collection service for UK offshore or International customers.

When will I receive my refund?
Upon receipt of your returned goods we will refund the total cost of the goods, as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days after receiving them into our warehouse.
Please note: When exchanging goods, if the items are cheaper than the items returned we will refund you the difference, if the items are more expensive than the ones you have returned, an additional payment will be needed.
